首先下载 http://peak.telecommunity.com/dist/ez_setup.py

NOTE: 最好下载个setuptools，本人是15.2版本，里面包含了ez_setup

运行 python ez_setup.py

D:\work\installation\setuptools-15.2\setuptools-15.2>python ez_setup.py > 1.txt
