最近着手找工作,有一些心得准备陆续的准备发上来,给大家个参考。
老猪本身要找工作呢,就想多给自己点时间,不打算太快出手,希望了解好行情,也让自己准备好了再卖。眼下看到一个年薪20w的工作吧,应该是未来的目标,不知道自己需要多少时间能够达到要求。现在先把要求列出来,以便有的放矢

The Technology Director at Grey will be responsible for architecting and implementing interactive development

Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities can be grouped into 3 major categories:
Project & Account Leadership
• Perform technical requirements gathering and existing platform analysis for clients.
• Generate convincing and substantiated technology and architecture recommendations.
• Develop and maintain technical specification and architecture documents.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and QA of all projects.
• Work with producers to estimate development needs on projects.
• Validate concepts and designs before they are presented to clients.
• Assess and validate developers’ implementation strategies.
• Recommend and own hosting solutions for new and existing platforms/campaigns.
• Evaluate vendor documentation from technical perspective to validate approach and effort.
• Communicate difficult scenarios to clients regarding technical hurdles as needed.
Department Leadership
• Provide hands?on support to developers as needed.
• Offer strong leadership, coaching, and guidance to developers.
• Facilitate on?the?job training of developers.
• Define coding standards and disseminate best practices within the team.
• Help recruit, identify, and hire tech talent on an ongoing basis.
Agency Leadership
• Assess platforms, technologies, tools, and 3rd?parties on an ongoing basis.
• Manage the agency’s internal QA strategy and requirements.
• Evangelize the agency’s technology and business philosophy, methodology, and capabilities.
• Keep a pulse on technology and share findings with the agency.
• Participate in new business efforts as needed.
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
• 8+ years developing and leading large'scale technology engagement and at least 5 years doing so in an
agency environment.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages and platforms (e.g. .NET, Java and PHP, Perl, SQL,
Flash/Flex, Ruby?on?Rails, etc.)
• Expert?level knowledge in Web 2.0 technologies, including AJAX, social networking and blog platforms,
widget development, mobile and emerging digital interfaces.
• Expert?level knowledge of object?oriented design concepts, various frameworks, data storage
implementations and enterprise design patterns.
• Experience working with enterprise level CMS systems, e?commerce platforms, enterprise search solutions,
and analytics packages.
• Advanced ability to analyze business requirements quickly to determine and assess feasibility.
• Must have an excellent understanding of best practices across technologies (client/server'side, QA,
deployment, project management etc.).
• Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Experience building applications and websites for large multinational brands.
• Up?to?date understanding of market trends and keen interest in following emerging technologies.
• Computer science degree preferred.

Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Ruby on Rails & MySQL in a consumer facing web environment

- Experience in XHTML, Javascript, CSS and general Web 2.0 techniques
- Familiarity with relational databases, preferably MYSQL and Oracle
- Understanding of web services technologies such as SOAP, HTTP, WSDL, XSD, and REST.
- Understanding of code manipulation and optimization issues
- Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring and unit testing
- Familiarity with the MVC model
- Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Pair Programming, or Extreme Programming
- A proven ability to learn and adapt to new, complex development environments
